Custom Inground Pool Builder in South DFW

We design and build custom inground pools across the Dallas-Fort Worth area, from the first sketch through excavation to a one-year written warranty. Freeform, geometric, or spa attached, built to your yard and your budget.

What we build

Every pool starts as a sketch of your yard, not a template pulled off a shelf. We build freeform pools that follow the land and geometric pools that square up to a modern house, with spillover spas, tanning ledges, sun benches, bubblers, and LED lighting worked into the shape from the start. Decking runs from travertine to stamped concrete to pavers, and automation lets you run the pump, heater, and lights from your phone. If you want the grill and shade beside it, we build the outdoor kitchen and pergola as part of the same job.

Gunite, and why it holds up in Texas clay

North Texas sits on expansive clay that swells when it rains and shrinks in a drought, and that ground movement is what cracks a pool built cheap. A gunite shell handles it: steel rebar tied to grade, then shotcrete sprayed over the steel into one solid, load-bearing shell that cures for weeks before a finish ever touches it. Fiberglass and vinyl drop in faster and cost less up front, but gunite is the shape-anything, resurface-later, outlast-the-house option, and it is what we build. Finishes run from white plaster to quartz and pebble, so the water can read anywhere from clear blue to deep lagoon.

Pool renovation and resurfacing

An older pool does not need to be torn out to look new. We resurface tired plaster, replace cracked tile and coping, and modernize the equipment pad with a variable-speed pump and a salt system that is easier on your skin and your wallet. We also add the tanning ledge, lighting, or attached spa the original build skipped. When the shell is still sound, a renovation costs a fraction of a rebuild and buys another couple of decades out of the pool you already own.

Common questions

How long does a pool take to build?

A typical inground gunite build runs about eight to twelve weeks from excavation to startup, and a stage can stretch when weather or a permit review slows it. We name every stage up front, so you always know where your job stands rather than guessing.

Gunite, fiberglass, or vinyl?

We build gunite because it takes any shape, survives Texas clay, and can be resurfaced instead of replaced. Fiberglass and vinyl are cheaper and quicker, and they are fine pools, but they box you into a mold and a shorter lifespan.

Do you build the patio and outdoor kitchen too?

Yes. One crew handles the pool, the decking, the outdoor kitchen, and the shade, so you are not chasing three contractors to finish one backyard.

What does the warranty cover?

Every finished build carries a one-year written warranty on the work. Call 817-841-9511 or book a free in-home consultation to start a design.

Turn-key, start to finish

How your pool gets built

One company designs it, permits it, builds it and warranties it. You are not hiring a designer, then a concrete crew, then an electrician, then arguing with all three about whose fault the drainage is.

  1. 1 Initial visit We walk the yard, take measurements, and listen to how you want to use the space.
  2. 2 Design and pricing You get a drawing and a written proposal with the price on it before anyone breaks ground.
  3. 3 HOA and city permits We file the HOA application and pull the permits. You do not chase paperwork.
  4. 4 Materials and schedule We order the material and give you dates, so you know which weeks your yard is a job site.
  5. 5 Build and management One project developer runs the job start to finish. You call one person, not five trades.
  6. 6 Warranty Every finished build carries a one-year written warranty.
